Corporate mobile training
Corporate mobile app development training — Flutter, architecture and CI/CD
Programmes for teams adopting Flutter or React Native, inheriting a mobile codebase, or standardising architecture across squads — from an engineer whose apps have 50M+ downloads behind them.
The approach
I have spent eight years leading mobile delivery inside enterprise programmes, and I still do. The training reflects that: it aims squarely at the problems that appear in month four, not week one.
Teams usually arrive able to build screens and unable to structure an app. That is the gap these programmes close.
Curriculum
What the programme covers
Flutter fundamentals to production
Widgets, state management and platform channels — then the parts teams actually trip on: navigation at scale, build flavours and store releases.
- Flutter
- Dart
- Releases
Architecture that survives handover
Clean architecture, MVVM and hexagonal boundaries, taught against a real feature rather than a to-do list demo.
- Clean architecture
- MVVM
- Hexagonal
Testing and TDD for mobile
What to test, what not to, and how to reach coverage the team trusts enough to actually run. Built on a 95%-coverage production codebase.
- Unit testing
- TDD
- Test strategy
CI/CD pipelines that stay green
Bitrise, CodeMagic, GitLab CI and Jenkins — signing, flavours, automated distribution, and real-time code push with Shorebird.
- Bitrise
- CodeMagic
- Shorebird
React Native & native foundations
For teams on a different stack, plus the platform knowledge cross-platform developers still need: lifecycle, permissions, background work, store review.
- React Native
- Kotlin
- SwiftUI
AI-assisted mobile development
Where AI coding tools genuinely accelerate a mobile team, and where they quietly make review harder — from someone who rolled this out across an enterprise team.
- AI tooling
- Code review
- Throughput
Who it’s for
- Teams adopting Flutter or React Native for the first time
- Mobile teams inheriting a codebase they did not write
- Enterprises standardising mobile architecture across squads
- Graduate and lateral-hire onboarding cohorts
How it runs
On-site workshops
Delivered at your office anywhere in India — full-day or multi-day cohorts.
Remote cohorts
Live sessions for distributed teams, worldwide time zones.
Codebase-led training
Sessions run against your own repository instead of a sample app.

Common questions
Is this training only about Flutter?
No. Flutter is the core, but programmes cover React Native, and the native Android and iOS foundations cross-platform developers still need. Architecture, testing and CI/CD modules are framework-agnostic.
Can training be run against our own codebase?
Yes, and it works considerably better that way. Sessions can be built around your repository so the architecture discussion is about your code rather than a sample app.
How experienced does the team need to be?
Programmes are scoped per cohort — from graduate onboarding through to senior teams standardising architecture across squads.
What mobile experience is this based on?
Eight years of mobile delivery: Android and iOS apps totalling over 50 million downloads at TCS, enterprise Flutter delivery at CGI and Signify, and a mobile lead role at Tech Mahindra on a platform serving 100K+ users.
Ready to scope a cohort?
Tell me the team size, their starting point and what you want them to be able to do afterwards. I’ll come back with a shape and a price.
